Presentation of explanatory materials! What is a thermoplastic elastomer?

Next-generation molding materials that combine both cost reduction and environmental conservation!

Thermoplastic elastomers are materials that possess elasticity similar to cross-linked rubber while being moldable with the ease of general-purpose plastics. Additionally, they are noteworthy not only for their cost-effectiveness but also from an environmental conservation perspective, as they can be recycled and have shorter molding processes. Characteristics: - Excellent elasticity similar to cross-linked rubber. - Superior resistance to pressure, cold, ozone, and flow properties. - Excellent resistance to inorganic chemicals such as acids and alkalis. - Approximately 30% lighter compared to cross-linked rubber. - No need for cross-linking, allowing molding with general-purpose injection molding machines. - Cost reduction is possible due to reusability. - Natural color can be colored. - Painting on finished products is possible. This document includes characteristics of rubber cross-linking, comparisons of molding processes, and case studies. If you are interested, please feel free to download the materials or contact us.

What are thermoplastic elastomers with the characteristics of rubber used in residential building materials?

We have compiled a table introducing the main applications of "plastic thermoplastic elastomers," which excel in elasticity and stretchability, as well as their usage in our company!

Thermoplastic elastomers refer to elastomers that soften and become flowable when heat is applied, and return to a rubber-like state upon cooling. Our company specializes in the extrusion molding of various resins and thermoplastic elastomers, ranging from rigid resins to gel-like soft resins, which are used in various fields. We have compiled easy-to-understand materials that explain the types and applications of "plastics and thermoplastic elastomers" that you may think you know but actually don't! ★ Leave the extrusion of resins and elastomers to us. [Contents] ■ Types of thermoplastic elastomers ■ Main applications in extrusion ■ Our usage track record *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

PVC-Nitrile Thermoplastic Elastomer 'LCS'

Thermoplastic elastomer of polymer alloy type made from polyvinyl chloride and special NBR.

"LCS" is a high-performance thermoplastic elastomer with the properties of polyvinyl chloride and NBR (nitrile rubber). It does not require a vulcanization process, making it easy to mold in the same way as general-purpose resins, which allows for a reduction in the molding process time. Additionally, since there is no vulcanization process, it can be reused from scrap materials. 【Features】 ■ Possesses the properties of polyvinyl chloride and NBR ■ Reusable from scrap materials ■ Good compression set and oil resistance ■ Excellent processability, similar to soft polyvinyl chloride ■ Superior aesthetic qualities *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
